Start All

Also called Start, Start all entries, Stop All

Start All is the Laced button that begins every entry you have created for a release, staggering them with short delays rather than sending them together. Starting is a separate step from creating an entry, and an entry that is never started is never submitted. The usual timing is about five minutes before a drop.

In use: You have eight launches ready for a Thursday release. Ten minutes before it opens you tap Start All once, the entries begin with delays between them, and each card turns into a live log you can watch while the window is open.

Creating an entry and starting it are two different things

Start All is the second half of the workflow, and the half people forget. Picking a release and a size creates a Launch. That Launch then sits on the Launch page doing nothing until it is started. Start All starts all of them at once; Start on an individual card starts one.

Entries go out with delays between them rather than simultaneously. That is why the recommended start time moves with how much you are running: about five minutes before the drop for a normal set, and ten to fifteen minutes if you have ten or more launches queued. Starting late is the real failure mode here. A Draw window closes on schedule, and an entry still waiting its turn at the close is an entry that did not happen.

Once an entry starts, its Start button disappears and a log card takes its place, so you can see activity during the window. Stop and Stop All are the reverse and do what the names say.

Starting earlier does not change how the Draw selects. A SNKRS Draw takes everything received inside the published window and picks at random at the close, so an entry sent in the first minute and one sent in the ninth sit in the same pool. Starting early buys margin against your own timing, not position in a queue.
