What a profile is, and how upgrades work
A profile is a billing profile, and each one gets one entry per release. Paid plans let you run more profiles, which is more entries, not better odds per entry.

Open Settings and tap Upgrade Subscription.

An upgrade raises how many profiles you can hold. It does not fill them in for you, and each one needs its own details entered and validated.
Confirm every profile reads green before the next Draw you plan to enter.
A profile is a billing profile
In Laced, profile means one set of billing details, a card and the address that belongs to it. It is not a Laced account and it is not a Nike account. You sign in once, and the profiles sit underneath that.
Every profile gets one entry per release. One profile is one entry on a given pair. Five profiles is five, assuming all five are valid and you have set a size on each of them.
What an upgrade actually buys
A plan sets a ceiling on how many billing profiles you can hold. Laced starts free with one. Paid plans raise the ceiling to five, ten or twenty, and the current plans list the prices and the renewal terms in full.
That ceiling is the entire difference. Every plan uses the same setup, the same seven-day calendar and the same timing. There is no faster tier, no priority queue, and nothing held back from the free profile.
More entries, not better odds per entry
This is the part worth being blunt about. A Nike SNKRS Draw closes at a published time and selects at random from everyone who entered inside the window. The selection does not know which plan you are on. Your odds on any single entry are the same on the free profile as they are on twenty. How SNKRS draws work walks through the mechanics.
What a plan changes is how many separate entries you hold. Ten profiles puts ten entries into a release where one profile puts in one, and each of those ten is still decided on its own. That is a real difference and it is worth paying for if you chase enough releases. It is not the same thing as a better entry, and anyone selling you the second story is describing something Nike’s own mechanics do not support.
They are subscriptions, billed by the store
Profile plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. The App Store or Google Play takes the payment, renews it at the same price each period until you cancel, and handles any refund under its own policy. You cancel in your store account, not in Laced. We never see the card and we cannot process the cancellation for you.
The top tier is priced differently on the two storefronts. It costs more on Google Play than it does on the App Store, and both prices are shown on the plans page rather than buried in a footnote.
Choosing a number honestly
More profiles costs more money and more upkeep. Each one is a card and an address you have to keep valid, and a size you have to set on every release you enter. Twenty profiles nobody maintains is worse than five that read green on drop day.
Pick the number you will actually keep current. If you chase one or two releases a month, the free profile and a careful drop day checklist will do more for you than a plan you forget you are paying for. If you are entering most weeks and already find yourself wishing you had a second entry, that is the signal to upgrade, and creating an entry shows what the extra profiles ask of you each time.
If something goes wrong
The plan is paid for but the app still shows the old profile limit
Close Laced fully and reopen it, then look at Settings again. If the limit has not moved after a few minutes, email hello@lacedentries.com with the store receipt and we will sort it out.
A renewal charge you were not expecting
Why it happens: Profile plans renew automatically until they are cancelled.
Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account rather than in Laced. Cancellations and refunds are handled by the store under its own policy, and we cannot process them for you.
You hold ten profiles but only some of them enter a release
Why it happens: A profile that is not valid is not an entry, and a profile with no size set is not an entry either.
Open Billing and check each profile one at a time, then open the Launch page and confirm a launch exists for every profile you meant to use.
Questions people ask
Does a bigger plan make a win more likely on a single release?
Not on any single entry. Nike selects at random and the selection does not know what you paid. What a bigger plan changes is how many separate entries you hold in that release, and that is the whole of the difference.
Is a profile plan a one-time purchase?
No. Profile plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play. They renew at the same price each period until you cancel, and you cancel in your store account at any time.
Why is the largest plan a different price on Android?
The two storefronts price the top tier differently. Twenty profiles is $74.99 on the App Store and $79.99 on Google Play. Both figures are listed in full on the plans page.
Can one profile enter the same release twice?
No. Each profile gets one entry per release, and that entry carries one size. A second entry on the same pair needs a second profile.
